We do not routinely conduct criminal history checks and only do so to obtain relevant criminal history about jobs you are offered or for which you are shortlisted. If you only browse our website, we do not collect information that identifies you personally, though we may collect information related to your visit to our website.

We may also need to ask you for other information, such as a copy of an appropriate police certificate or statutory declaration, NDIS Worker Screener Checks and Working with children checks as applicable therefore obtaining  information being relevant to work carried out within different types of industries such as the aged care industry.

Clients and/or prospective clients may require us to provide them with a photograph of yourself for staff identification purposes and you authorise us to provide this to them. In some instances, our clients and/or prospective clients may ask us to provide them with a copy of a police certificate and/or statutory declaration that you have obtained in accordance with relevant legislation. You authorise us to disclose this information to a client or prospective client on request by them. All this information is your personal (and possibly sensitive) information and is protected under the Privacy Act 1988.

Disclosure of Personal and Sensitive Information
